In 2015, we were approached by Oasis Staffing to help with a rebrand of their direct hire division. Anytime we are tasked with creating a new brand, questions arise. Questions that often lead us to some company soul searching. And we did just that. We back-tracked and started with brand questionnaires and core ideas and THEN moved on to naming, logo, collateral, web and so on. Developing SideKick Direct Hire has been an amazing feat, and we have had a great time with the Oasis Staffing team.want to know more?
Prior to naming SideKick Direct Hire, we needed to understand their parent company, Oasis Staffing. We did so by doing research via meetings, brand surveys and questionnaires. Once the results were evaluated, we created a core board which included the basic central idea, mission and vision of Oasis Staffing.
Have you ever tried to name something? It’s no easy task. We did some serious brainstorming and held multiple meetings and SideKick Direct Hire was the best and final pick!
The next step in the process was creating a logo that matched the new name. The vibrant green matches the playfulness of the division name and logo graphic. We love how it turned out.
With the name and logo in place, we determined the look of SideKick Direct Hire. The images were to be fresh and would not contain clichéd images of people in business suits with their thumbs up.
The client even asked us to take it a step further by assisting them with internal processes and messaging. The message, or voice, is approachable and friendly – in brochures, ads, on the phone and even in email correspondence.
Because SideKick Direct Hire is a division of Oasis Staffing, the SideKick online presence would be housed on the Oasis Staffing site. With another company in place to develop the Oasis Staffing website prior to our involvement, we were asked to design the SideKick pages, but not develop them. We partner with clients in a variety of ways.
