The Backstory
Broadway Autopark is a unique concept 44-unit apartment building in downtown Wichita, Kansas. We’ve been super lucky to be involved in yet another Bokeh Development property. Built in 1949, Knightley Parking Garage has been transformed into an extraordinary space with shotgun units that feature covered parking at each unit's doorstep.
We were given the green light to create a logo, emblem (or is it a hood ornament?) graphics, messaging and website that speaks to a time period that celebrated the automobile. It’s been a fantastic ride.

Branding
Logo & Colors Mark Messaging & Imagery GuideThe logo and colors were given a retro treatment to speak to a time when the auto first reigned king.
When the client asked for a mark, we put it into gear and created one that hints at the image of the property and resembles a hood ornament.
1950’s advertising was conjured for Broadway Autopark messaging and imagery.
When we create a logo, develop messaging and solidify a brand approach, we also create a brand guide. It becomes the “directions” for our team, our client and for anyone else that makes a decision regarding the Broadway Autopark brand.
