Jeremy started Lifeboat Creative (formerly J2 Design Solutions) in 2002. He has 21 years of branding experience in all facets of media including website development, graphic design, corporate identity, and advertising. Before founding Lifeboat Creative, he learned his trade at one of the top corporate identity firms in the country. He’s the captain of this ship. (He doesn’t require that we salute him, yet.)
We have a great crew at Lifeboat Creative. A lot of agencies like to tout how quirky everyone is: Johnny brews his own beer with live bees! While we certainly each have our quirks (who doesn’t), we want you to know we can do the job. We are educated, talented and knowledgable. We are more than qualified to do the job. Let us wow you.our abilities
Jennifer came to Lifeboat Creative in 2007. She has a degree from The University of Texas (Hook ‘em!) where she started in video production. Her passion for graphics led her into print and web design and with 17 years of experience in advertising and design, she has earned her stripes as our Creative Director. Luckily she looks good in stripes - vertical stripes mostly.
Alli brought a ray of sunshine in with her when she joined us in September 2016. With a bachelor's degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Wichita State University (Go Shockers!), she knows what she’s doing and does it well. She handles clients and our team members all while remaining bubbly and cheery. How does she do it?
Justin came to Lifeboat Creative in 2014. He has a degree from Texas A&M University-Commerce where he studied broadcast journalism. Today he serves as a Project Manager and Social Media Strategist, using years of media experience to manage and communicate effectively in multiple ways. Because he has to manage our social media clients, we have considered getting his phone surgically attached to his hand. Not many doctors are willing to attempt such a feat.
Ashley came to Lifeboat in 2017 and is the perfect addition to our Account Management team. She earned her Marketing degree from Emporia State University. While small in stature, she’ll gladly take on any challenge and do so with a charming smile.
Katie started with Lifeboat Creative in 2009. With a bachelor's degree from Wichita State University and the mother of many littles, she knows how to manage many personalities and duties. Katie keeps things in-line and on track. She’s the ultimate multi-tasker.
Chelsea started in 2014. With her sweet demeanor and good heart, she was hired to be the front desk receptionist; however, her organizational skills and passion to know more forced us to give her more duties. She’s still the sun-shiny face of Lifeboat Creative, but she does much more than that and we are lucky to have her.
Mike moved to Lifeboat Creative in 2011. He has a graphic design degree from Hutchinson Community College. With a keen eye, warm soul and kickass mustache, Mike is the kind of guy you want on your team. He’s the go-to logo man and can whip up an amazing design while others are still just brainstorming.
Christian came to Lifeboat Creative in 2014. He is a consummate creator who earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting degree from Wichita State University. After dabbling in web development for years, he made HTML coding into a career as a talented and creative web developer. He’s got an eye AND coding skillz. A double threat.
Natalie began an internship with Lifeboat in 2014. We liked her so much we hired her. With a business degree from Newman University, she uses her skills to help maintain our social media clients, and she writes website content really good. (Really well?)
Laura made the move to Lifeboat Creative in 2014. She has a degree in graphic design and many many years of experience in both print and web design. She has vast knowledge of user experience and interface design, and she always designs with the end result and functionality in mind. You can always count on this talented lady to deliver.
Andrew started with the Lifeboat team in 2015 and is pursuing a degree in computer science from Fort Hays State University. He has been working with computers and software as a hobby for many years and is excited to improve his skills during his tenure at Lifeboat. So far, he’s learned to program an infinite loop that takes 20 minutes to run. Pretty impressive.
Myron became a delightful addition to our team in 2015. In middle school, he started tinkering with computers (taking them apart and putting them back together) and thus a degree in software development from Butler Community College seems a good fit. Myron has a great sense of humor and cannot draw to save his life.
Fidel started at Lifeboat Creative in 2017 and he rounds out our talented design team. He has a graphic design degree from Wichita State University and while from Garden City, is originally from Guadalajara, México. He is obviously fluent in Spanish which is ¡Fantástico!
